About this policy
This policy describes Airmarks, a personal listening notebook. It covers the information you enter, the local files the Android app keeps, and the transfers you deliberately choose. The app contact is ANYTIME RADIO at the details below.
Airmarks lets you make your own listening pages and observations. It does not receive an audio feed or identify a programme for you.

Your local workspace
Airmarks keeps its workspace in the app’s private storage on your Android device. Its native checkpoint contains your saved pages, current draft, idea favourites and preferences. The app does not send that workspace to an Airmarks server.
When a write cannot be completed, the app reports that the change was not saved. Unreadable stored content is retained for a recovery export instead of being silently cleared.

The observations you write
You may enter page titles, creator or collection labels, duration, timestamped notes, tags and starred marks. These fields can contain personal information if you choose to write it. Use only material you are entitled to keep or export.
Timestamps and durations are values you enter. They are not recordings, measurements of your listening activity, automatic transcripts or proof that you listened to a particular programme.

Saved pages and copies
A saved page is separate from its working draft. Saving updates that page’s record; making a copy creates independent page and mark identities. Theme views and comparisons read your existing saved records.
The app keeps creation/update dates for local organization. It does not create public profiles, ratings or a shared activity history.

Permissions and device access
The Android app does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or broad storage access. It does not record or play audio. Artwork, idea text, fonts and policy content are bundled with the app.
A system document picker gives access only to the export destination you choose. Opening an external contact application is a separate user action.

Contact applications
Email, phone and website controls open a separate application with the fixed contact destination shown in Airmarks. They do not attach listening pages or notes automatically.
Opening an email composer is not sending a message; opening a dialer is not placing a call. The receiving app or website handles information you choose to provide under its own settings and policy.

Exports you choose
You can export a selected listening page as JSON or readable text, including its notes and tags. A starred-only text export includes only the selected starred marks. Review the output before sharing it.
Android writes the export through the destination you select. A cloud-enabled document provider may upload the file under its own settings. Cancelling the picker leaves the page intact; deleting a local page does not remove exports already saved elsewhere.

Device backup and transfer
Airmarks disables its Android app-data cloud backup and device-transfer backup through its packaged configuration. No in-app synchronization service is provided.
Do not rely on a device transfer to preserve the notebook. Keep explicit exports when needed. Device vendors, operating-system tools or a device administrator may have separate capabilities outside this app’s control.

Accounts and payments
Airmarks does not ask you to create an account or sign in. It has no in-app payment or subscription flow and does not store passwords, payment cards or account tokens.
No account identifier is needed to create, edit or revisit your local listening pages.

Analytics and bundled software
The app does not include advertising, usage analytics, remote crash reporting or a network content service. Generated editorial artwork is bundled production material; the app does not send your notes to an image or AI service.
Android and the installed WebView may maintain their own system diagnostics under operating-system controls. This policy does not replace those platform policies.

Audience and thoughtful use
Airmarks is a general creative notebook. Its prompts concern sound, narrative and personal observation; they are not a course, professional assessment or advice service.
Avoid entering sensitive details about other people without an appropriate reason. If a younger person uses the app, a responsible adult should help them understand what they choose to export or send to another application.

Security and its limits
Local records are stored inside Android’s app sandbox. The app uses a native checkpoint for durability and restricts its interface bridge to bundled app content. This is not a claim that all files or exports are encrypted.
Protect the device with appropriate access controls. An unlocked, compromised or administratively managed device can expose information beyond the protections an ordinary app can provide.

How long work remains
Local pages, drafts, favourites and settings remain until you remove them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. There is no Airmarks server-retention period because the app does not upload this workspace.
Exports and messages may remain in other destinations according to their own retention rules.

Deleting work
The app asks for confirmation before deleting a saved page or clearing the workspace. Deleting a selected page removes that local record; cancelled deletion leaves it unchanged.
Clearing Android app data or uninstalling removes the app’s local workspace. These actions do not recall an email, erase an exported document or delete data held by a separate service.

Your choices
You control what to write, which page to save, which marks to star, and whether to make an export or open a contact application. Reduced-motion preferences affect presentation, not the notebook’s content.
You can review, edit or delete your local records in the app. For questions about information sent directly to the contact address, contact the recipient using the details below.

Policy changes
A future app version may revise this policy when its actual data handling changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes should be reflected in the updated app and its accompanying policy.
A software update is not permission to upload old notebook content or to claim that an external message was delivered.

Visiting the companion website
The prepared companion website is static. Its small demonstration keeps temporary values in page memory and does not submit a form or save them to a service. It does not load a tracking or advertising SDK.
When a website is publicly hosted, the hosting provider can process normal request information such as IP address and browser details to serve it. Public hosting and its operator configuration must be reviewed separately from this local app build.
